Cingular GSM Nation and Region Plans with depicted calling area require a GSM-only handset.

Mobile to Mobile minutes do not roll over, and are available only on Cingular Nation GSM, Cingular GSM Region, Cingular Gait Nation, and Cingular Gait Home. A call will only be rated as Mobile to Mobile if the caller and receiving party are both on the Cingular network, using Cingular phones, and in your Cingular calling area. Mobile to Mobile requires that Caller ID be passed to the incoming phone. If Caller ID is not present on inbound calls, Mobile to Mobile does not apply.

Maps depict rate areas only, not coverage areas. Actual coverage areas differ substantially from map graphics, and coverage may be affected by such things as terrain, weather, foliage, buildings and other construction, signal strength, customer equipment and other factors. Cingular does not guarantee coverage. Charges will be billed based on the location of the site receiving and transmitting the call, not on the location of the subscriber.
