Service After The Sale
What sets us apart from all of the rest is our unique "Service After the Sale" philosophy. Once you've experienced working with us, you'll be a believer as well! We believe our customer base is extremely important so we treat them as such.
Whether it be a question on using your new phone, a billing issue, or you're concerned your phone isn't working right, just stop by and talk with your personal account executive. He or she will be happy to answer any questions or help resolve any issues that may be of concern to you.
If your phone was purchased at one of our 17 locations and needs repair, bring it in to the location you purchased it. After verifying it was purchased from one of our locations and under warranty, we will send it for repair and give you a loaner phone to use in the meantime! We feel you shouldn't have to be without a phone while waiting for a repair and we're here to accomodate you.
Our convenient "Rate Plan Checkup" is an additional service we provide. You have the opportunity to speak with your account executive about the changes in your life that may have occurred since your last plan went into effect and he or she will tailor a plan to your current needs. No one should have to feel "stuck" in a plan that no longer fits their needs! The service is also FREE OF CHARGE.
