Setting Up Your Mailbox

1. Call your wireless phone number from any phone.
2. During the Voice Mail greeting, Press #.
3. When asked, enter your temporary password - the last 4 digits of your wireless phone number.
4. To signify the end of your entry, Press #. Enter a permanent password that only you know. It is importatnt that you choose a number that is easy to remember, because if you forget your password, you will not be able to access your system and all messages will be lost. If this happens, call Customer Service and establish a new password.
5. Enter your permanent password of between 4 and 15 digits. Your password cannot begin with a zero (0). You will be asked to record your name so that other Voice Mail users can confirm that they are leaving a message for you.
6. Record your first and last name. Choose between a personal or standard greeting. Each caller who reaches your mailbox will now hear your personal greeting. Follow the prompts.

Listening to Your Messages

1. To access Voice Mail: Call your wireless phone number from any phone. When accessing your Voice Mail from your wireless phone, airtime charges will apply. There are no airtime charges when you listen to your messages from a landline phone. When outside your Home Coverage Calling Area,
   Press 1 + area code and your wireless number.
2. Press # during the greeting.
3. Enter your password.
4. Press 1 at the Main Menu to listen to your messages.
   To return to the Main Menu at any time during message review, Press *.
5. While listening to a message you can:
   
   Press
        1 - Rewind* Rewinds message
        2 - Pause Pause/Resume message
        3 - Forward** Forwards message
        4 - Slower Slows speed of message
        5 - Envelope Gives time and date of message
        6 - Faster Speeds up rate of message
        8 - Volume Normal volume of message
        9 - Volume Increases volume of message
        * - Cancel Stops message review process and returns user to Main Menu
        # - Skip Skips to the next message
   
        * To rewind a message to the beginning, Press 1 1
        ** To forward a message to the end, Press 3 3
   
   
6. After reviewing a message, you can:
   Press
        4 - Repeat Repeats current message
        7 - Erase Erases current message and plays next message
        9 - Save Saves current message and plays next message
