Offer Terms

For new, first-time DISH Network residential customers in the continental United States (only 1 per household), available between 2/01/03 and 7/31/03. All prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Local and state sales taxes may apply. Social Security Number, valid major credit card and 12 consecutive month commitment to America's Top 150, America's Top 100, America's Top 50, DISH Latino Max or DISH Latino Dos programming required. Subject to credit approval. Social Security Numbers are used to obtain credit scores and will not be released to third parties except for verification and collection purposes only. Customer pays $49.99 and at time of initial installation receives Free Standard Professional Installation of a DISH Network 1- or 2-receiver satellite TV system (Model Dish301). Customer will receive a $49.99 credit on the first bill.

Equipment and Installation

Equipment may be new, remanufactured or discontinued based on availability. Additional receivers must be activated in conjunction with a primary receiver, and are subject to a $4.99 per month programming fee per receiver. For this offer, free Standard Professional Installation includes installation of one 20" dish antenna, hook-up of up to two receivers to the same number of TVs and equipment testing, available through DISH Network Service Corporation and participating retailers. Other installation restrictions apply and more complex installations may require additional fees. MSRP Standard Professional Installation $199. MSRP for additional receiver installation $59.

Termination of Service

If programming is disconnected or downgraded below America's Top 50 for any reason before the expiration of 12 consecutive month commitment, customer will be charged a $240 Cancellation Fee within ten days of disconnection for early termination of services contract.

Fees and Credit

Any applicable fees will automatically be charged to the credit card provided to DISH Network and/or any other credit or debit card numbers that have been used to make payments to DISH Network. Customer authorizes DISH Network to investigate creditworthiness. Customer further authorizes DISH Network to report any payment defaults to credit reporting agencies. Customer acknowledges and agrees that DISH Network is not extending credit and that the Cancellation Fee is not interest, a credit service fee or a finance charge.

Service Fees

If at any time a customer does not subscribe to DISH Latino, DISH Latino Dos, DISH Latino Max, America's Top 50, America's Top 100 or America's Top 150 programming, a $5.00 per month Service Access Fee will apply (in addition to any other applicable fees). There is a $5.00 Change of Service Fee for each programming downgrade or change to same level of programming and a $10.00 Change of Service Fee for each Adult programming downgrade or change to same level of programming.

Programming

Local Broadcast Networks by satellite are only available to customers who reside in the specified local Designated Market Area (DMA). Certain local channels may require an additional dish antenna from DISH Network, installed free of any charges. Distant Broadcast Networks packages by satellite are only available for private home viewing and in limited areas, to homes that are located outside a Grade A or B designated area or with the approval of local affiliates. Local Broadcast Networks and/or Distant Broadcast Networks are available at an additional charge for those who qualify. ESPN and ESPN2 programming subject to change and blackout restrictions, and is licensed separately for residential and commercial use. Some games telecast locally may also be included in ESPN packages. FOX Sports Networks programming subject to blackout restrictions, and is licensed for residential use only. Regional sports networks and Turner South not available in all areas.

Other

DISH Network shall determine eligibility for this offer in its sole and absolute discretion. Programming and other services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of the Residential Customer Agreement, available at www.dishnetwork.com or upon request. Hardware and programming sold separately. All receivers must be connected to a phone line.
