Offer Terms

For new, first-time DISH Network residential customer in the continental United States (only 1 per household), available between 2/0/1/03 and 7/31/03. All prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Local and state sales taxes may apply. Customer purchases, installs and activates either a two-receiver DISH Network Model Dish301 satellite TV system for $199 (or higher) or a one-receiver DISH Network Model Dish301 satellite TV system for $149 (or higher), subscribes to qualifying programming. Both options include Free Standard Professional Installation of up to two receivers to the same number of TVs.

Equipment Credits

Qualifying programming includes America's Top 50, America's Top 100, America's Top 150 or DISH Latino Max package. Customer will receive a monthly equipment credit of $17.00 on each bill for up to 12 consecutive months after system activation for the two-receiver DISH Network satellite TV system or a monthly equipment credit of $12.50 on each bill for up to 12 consecutive months after system activation for the one-receiver DISH Network satellite TV system. The credit amount will be determined by the number of receivers (1 or 2) activated at the time of initial installation. Additional receivers added after initial installation will not change credit amount. Customers who activate with two receivers but later deactivate the second receiver will have their credit amount adjusted to $12.50 per month for any remaining credits. Customers will forfeit any remaining credits in the case of a downgrade from qualifying programming or service disconnection. Maximum monthly credit is $17.00 per month.
Equipment and Installation

Additional receivers must be activated in conjunction with a primary receiver, and are subject to a $4.99 per month programming fee per receiver. For this offer, Free Standard Professional Installation includes installation of one 20" dish antenna, hook-up of up to two receivers to the same number of TVs and equipment testing, available through DISH Network Service Corporation and participating retailers. Other installation restrictions apply and more complex installations may require additional fees. MSRP Standard Professional Installation $199. MSRP for additional receiver installation $59.

Service Fees

If at any time a customer does not subscribe to DISH Latino, DISH Latino Dos, DISH Latino Max, America's Top 50, America's Top 100 or America's Top 150 programming, a $5.00 per month Service Access Fee will apply (in addition to any other applicable fees). There is a $5.00 Change of Service Fee for each programming downgrade or change to same level of programming and a $10.00 Change of Service Fee for each Adult programming downgrade or change to same level of programming.

Programming

Local Broadcast Networks by satellite are only available to customers who reside in the specified local Designated Market Area (DMA). Certain local channels may require an additional dish antenna from DISH Network, installed free of any charges. Distant Broadcast Networks packages by satellite are only available for private home viewing and in limited areas, to homes that are located outside a Grade A or B designated area or with the approval of local affiliates. Local Broadcast Networks and/or Distant Broadcast Networks are available at an additional charge for those who qualify. ESPN and ESPN2 programming subject to change and blackout restrictions, and is licensed separately for residential and commercial use. Some games telecast locally may also be included in ESPN packages. FOX Sports Networks programming subject to blackout restrictions, and is licensed for residential use only. Regional sports networks and Turner South not available in all areas.

Programming and other services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of the Residential Customer Agreement, available at www.dishnetwork.com or upon request. Hardware and programming sold separately. All receivers must be connected to a phone line.
